Whether your product requires hardening and tempering or stress relieving, we consider each application individually. Considering every aspect of your job, from the appropriate Mil Specs to the distribution of parts in the basket, our highly-skilled heat treaters control the process every step of the way. Our strict attention to detail enables us to ensure the best results for your product.

Steel or alloy, large or small, we have what it takes to heat treat your product. Our furnaces can accommodate charges up to 3,000 pounds in a 36″ x 48″ x 30″ work zone, and we can heat jobs up to 2,350°F. Depending on your need, we can heat in air, endothermic, or nitrogen atmospheres. For quenching, we have oil and water tanks and air blast fans. We can also do low-temperature stabilizing or cryogenic treatments with  liquid nitrogen.
